Tamnavulin Sour
A little sweet, a little sour, a lot of deliciousness. The Whisky Sour has been around for centuries and still continues to delight.
Ingredients:
50ml Tamnavulin Whisky
This serve works particularly well with any of our Tamnavulin whiskies.
15ml Sugar Syrup
25ml Lemon Juice
Egg White
2 dashes of Angostura Bitters
Method:
Step One:

Place all ingredients into a cocktail shaker.
Step Two:

Add ice and shake until well-chilled.
Step Three:

Double strain into an ice filled tumbler glass.
