Tamnavulin Rob Roy
Sweet and elegant with a touch of spice. This cocktail is named after the Scottish folk hero, Rob Roy McGregor, and is a scotch whisky take on a classic Manhattan.
Ingredients:
50ml Tamnavulin Whisky
This serve works particularly well with Tamnavulin Port Cask Edition if using Tawny Port and Tamnavulin Red Wine Cask Edition if using Sweet Vermouth.
10ml Tawny Port or Sweet Vermouth
2 dashes of Orange Bitters
2 dashes of Angostura Bitters
Garnish: Orange Twist
Method:
Step One:

Add all ingredients into a mixing glass.
Step Two:

Add ice and stir for 30 seconds.
Step Three:

Strain into glass and garnish.
